Started at 10.00 AM this, Chef Fabio Cirevo taught us how to make Baileys Tiramisu, Cod Fish Ravioli, and Scallop salad. We saw his passion in cooking and the cooking class participants were so excited to follow his instructions.

After cooking class we had a lunch with Chef Fabio Ciervo where he told us the story about his culinary philosophy and his culinary career.
